Best Young Malbec from Argentina.
The 100% Malbec monovarietal is an excellent combination with red meats, fermented cheese and pasta with tomato based sauce.
Don Benjamín Malbec is a young well defined red wine, with a highly elegant visual body: red colour reminding of young plums, with violet reflections and excellent sparkling. It presents a harmonic combination of sweet cherries. When tasted, the fruits perceived in the varietal appear young and fresh: plums, raspberries and sweet cherries are the most conspicuous. It shows an excellent final relationship between acidity and sweet tannins, typical of this variety.
Notwithstanding its youth, it is a well balanced wine which accepts moderate ageing and becomes better with time. It should be stored away from sunlight and in a cool place with controlled humidity.
Don Benjamín Malbec serving temperature is between 12º and 17º C.
