We are looking for REAL, once again, REAL providers of Bulk Reo Portfolio Packs. Our buyers procedures are very simple and clear. Proof Escrow to Escrow. Please do not contact me if you cannot work with these procedures. Please do not contact me if you need an LOI, POF, or MFA signed and notarized up front. It will not happen. You will only be wasting your time and mine. Our buyers have the capacity to take down packs ranging from $1B to $100B. We also will not deal with a long daisy chain of brokers. If you can place your seller/sellers attorney/escrow agent on the phone to verify POP to our buyers/buyers attorneys than we will close deals. Once again, our buyers procedures are simple. We place both sides on the phone, they proof up escrow to escrow. All paperwork follows and our buyers will take down the pack same day.
