WE DO NOT WORK WITH INTERMEDIARIES OR BROKERS WHO ARE NOT 100% DIRECT TO A PRINCIPAL OWNER.
Our buyer is very large and has the assets to take down with their own money.
PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer submits his corporate purchase order (“rwa”) together with Client Information Sheet, Passport of Officer signing agreement, Funds Declaration, and fee protection agreements for Seller’s and Buyer’s Agents, respectfully.
2. Seller/Owner endorses and returns the duly executed, binding, Contractual Agreement between parties.
